We do not use cookies, analytics services, or any other tracking technology. No personal data is collected beyond what you voluntarily provide through the contact form.

Processing of contact form data is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@techwise.fi.

Data processing

This website is hosted by manitu GmbH (St. Wendel, Germany). Contact form submissions are processed on their servers, which also handle email delivery. No data is transferred outside the EU. manitu acts as our hosting provider and processes data solely on our behalf.

Retention

We retain contact data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. We do not maintain any database of contacts beyond active email correspondence.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to processing or request restriction of processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi)
